Cooking Instructions:
Grill or BBQ: Preheat grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Cook chicken mignons for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 75°C. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken mignons for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Roast: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place chicken mignons on a baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 75°C. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
