Cooking Instructions:
Roasting: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the turkey from packaging and place it on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast for approximately 3.5-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Baste occasionally for a golden, crispy skin.
Resting: Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving to ensure juices are retained.
