Cooking Instructions:
Slow-Cooking: Preheat oven to 150°C. Place ribs in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and cook for 2.5-3 hours until meat is tender and falls off the bone.
Grill or BBQ: Preheat grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Cook pork USA ribs for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred.
