Cooking Instructions:
Slow-Cooking: Season Boston Butt with your favourite rub or marinade. Place in a slow cooker with onions, garlic, and broth. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until the meat is tender and easily shreds.
Smoking: Preheat smoker to 110°C. Season meat and smoke for 4-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 90°C. Let rest before shredding for pulled pork.
Roasting: Preheat oven to 150°C. Season meat and roast for 4-5 hours until tender. Allow to rest before slicing.
