Cooking Instructions:
Grilling: Preheat grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Season backstraps with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
Pan-Searing: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season backstraps and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to preference.
Roasting: Preheat oven to 200°C. Season backstraps and roast for 15-20 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
