Cooking Instructions:
For Soups and Stews: Add ham hocks to your pot along with vegetables and broth. Simmer for 1.5-2 hours until meat is tender and flavourful. Remove bones before serving.
For Braising: Preheat oven to 160°C. Place ham hocks in a baking dish with liquid (e.g., broth or beer) and cover. Braise for 2-3 hours until meat is tender and falling off the bone.
