Cooking Instructions:
Roasting: Preheat oven to 180°C. Season beef with salt, pepper, and herbs. Roast in a roasting pan for 20 minutes per 500g for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
Braising: Brown beef in a hot pan, then transfer to a braising dish. Add vegetables, broth, and herbs. Cover and braise in the oven at 160°C for 2-3 hours until tender.
Slow-Cooking: Place beef in a slow cooker with vegetables, broth, and seasonings. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
