Cooking Instructions:
Slow-Cooking: Place corned beef in a pot and cover with water. Add spices (bay leaves, peppercorns) and vegetables (carrots, onions). Simmer gently for 2.5-3 hours until tender.
Roasting: Preheat oven to 160°C. Place corned beef in a roasting pan with water or broth. Cover and roast for 2.5-3 hours, adding vegetables halfway through if desired.
Boiling: Place corned beef in a large pot and cover with water. Add spices (coriander seeds, cloves) and simmer gently for 2.5-3 hours. Serve hot with mustard or sauce.
