Cooking Instructions:
Bone Broth: Place beef bones in a large pot and cover with water. Add vegetables (carrots, celery, onion), herbs (parsley, thyme), and a splash of vinegar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-24 hours.
Stock Base: Roast beef bones in the oven at 200°C until browned. Transfer to a stockpot with vegetables, herbs, and water. Simmer for 4-6 hours, skimming any foam that rises to the surface.
